Our solutions oriented approach allows us to design, build and install sanitary Food, Brewing, Dairy and Pharma Process Systems. We do what we say we are going to do and we deliver to schedule. Should an unforeseen problem arise, we keep our customer informed at all times and discuss various solutions with them. Above all, we focus on customer service and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
Our installation capability is based on a core team of high calibre master craftsmen who have been with the company for many years. Their skill and commitment as pipe fitter/welders ensures that no effort is spared to produce an installation of the highest quality. These craftsmen have developed their experience through the execution of demanding projects in live production environments in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, beverage and food industries.
Our craftsmen are familiar with implementing challenging projects to high standards in highly hygienic sensitive areas. We hold a long-standing tradition of training all our own craftsmen all the way up from carefully selected apprentices.
Our skills are recognised by extensive EN & ASME weld certifications for pipework in stainless steel, carbon steel & Alloys. Our employees are further trained and certified in safety skills, as part of our Safety management where we consistently strive for continuous improvement and evaluation. This training includes:-
- Forklift Operation,
- Loadall Operation,
- Qualified Banksmen ( Crane Operation Coordination)
- MEWP Access Platform Operation Ticket.
- Confined space entry
We backup this training with monthly refresher toolbox talks on a monitored 24 topic cycle.
This team of craftsmen is backed up by a management team who ensure that project execution is properly pre-planned and that materials and labour are organised to meet our clients’ programme.
Safety requirements are assessed and where required Method Statement / Risk Assessment Forms are produced and agreed with our Client before commencement of the project.
Where quality documentation is an essential part of the project’s outcome, these requirements are agreed and included as part of the project pre-planning. Our internal documentation controller works with the craft team to ensure that documentation is produced in an efficient and timely manner. A typical documentation pack may include:-
- Bill of materials
- Material certificate
- Pressure test cert
- Degrease & Passivation
